Angela Castillo

I am a Ph.D. candidate and a researcher at the Center for Research and Formation in Artificial Intelligence under the supervision of Prof. Pablo Arbeláez at Universidad de los Andes in Bogotá, Colombia. My research is focused on Generative Artificial Intelligence (Generative AI). Specifically, I investigate how generative methods can address challenges such as image super-resolution, human motion analysis, and image generation efficiency. Currently, I am working at the intersection of Vision Generation and Large Language Models, exploring innovative ways to enhance the performance and applicability of these technologies. My interests are in Generative Models, Computer Vision, Deep Learning, and Artificial Intelligence.

In 2021, I did an internship at ETH Zürich under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Luc van Gool.

I have served as a reviewer at CVPR, ECCV, ICCV, MICCAI, and TPAMI.
